On Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, NAMI Keystone Pennsylvania will host its fourth Green Light Gala for Mental Health Awareness at one of Pittsburgh's most iconic event spaces, the Wintergarden at PPG Place.

The Green Light Gala is a biennial statewide event that shines a light on the need for better mental health awareness, treatment, and resources. It also celebrates the progress that has been made, the life-changing advancements that are on the horizon, and the brave individuals who are telling their stories to pave the way for so many others.

The 2023 Gala raised more than $130,000 to support our mission of providing free peer and family support groups, education programs, and advocacy initiatives. WDVE radio host Randy Baumann and WTAE-TV news anchor Janelle Halle emceed the event, and our special guest was NAMI National CEO Daniel H. Gillison, Jr. Gala co-chairs Sam Kane, Libby Mascaro, and Kathy Testoni planned the elegant evening and for the third Gala in a row, UPMC Health Plan and UPMC Community Care Behavioral Health Organization served as our presenting sponsors.

The event also coincided with NAMI Keystone Pennsylvania’s 40th anniversary and in honor of the milestone, we recognized several members of our community whose dedication to mental health awareness and advocacy aligns with the NAMI mission.
